Overview
This project presents the design of a mobile pizza kitchen optimized for street food operations. The van was conceptualized as a functional food cart that balances sleek aesthetics, customer interaction, and interior usability for food preparation and service.
Design Process
- Research & Benchmarking – Analyzed existing food trucks and their operational limitations.
- Form Exploration – Developed a unique angular shape to enhance brand visibility and modern appeal.
- Component Detailing – Integrated tinted serving windows, hydraulic open panels, signage, and pizza oven ventilation.
- User Flow & Interior Layout – Focused on kitchen ergonomics and customer-facing access points.
- Color & Brand Variations – Created multiple color schemes and visual merchandising options.
